Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your standard purchase please return in new condition, within 30 days of the delivery date for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment, minus shipping costs. After this date only the
manufacturers’ warranty applies. With all returns, please include your name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, and your order number, copy of your invoice/receipt, and if you are requesting a return or refund. Customer must include all original packing materials in return shipment. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing account only. Please allow 30 days to process your request. A 20% restocking fee will apply
KBC is not responsible for items which are damaged or lost in shipment. Returns should be shipped via UPS / FedEx or insured Parcel Post. Merchandise returned COD will not be accepted. Regular shipping charges apply on all returns, exchanges and warranty concerns. Custom orders follow a special ordering procedure and will be agreed upon before manufacturing. Custom orders do not qualify for return or exchange. If issues arise with a custom order the manufacturer warranty applies.

Shipping/ Pick Up
Customers must sign for packages on arrival. If a customer receives a damaged package, customer must note damaged package with the carrier prior to signing. By signing without notation you agree that you've received the package and product in good condition. This releases the shipping company liability and voids your shipping insurance. KBC is not responsible for product damaged during shipping. If you void your shipping insurance KBC will not be responsible for the cost of the product or shipping; a refund will not be provided. If you make a claim for a damaged item, items will not be replaced or reimbursed until the shipping company has fulfilled the insurance. If customer has complaints about the condition of the package on arrival they should contact the shipping company as well as KBC. If you receive a damaged package retain all package materials and damaged goods in its original form as received and photograph damaged and damaged packing materials. Shipping costs are based off product size and weight. Some products may require freight shipping. Please contact KBC for freight shipment estimates. KBC offers international shipping for a fee. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Please contact KBC for ordering for international shipping. KBC does not profit from shipping costs. By default KBC will arrange shipping via shipping company of their choosing. Customers are able to make their own shipping arrangements provided they supply KBC with a shipping label at no additional time or cost to KBC. Products may be picked up at KBC location by appointment only during business hours. If outside business hours or appointment change a fee will apply. Customers may have another party claim their package but must be submitted in writing to KBC. KBC is not responsible for alternative arrangements.
